Respect copyrights and usage rights

VideoHop is a general media-processing service. It is intended for media that you own, are licensed to use, that is in the public domain, or that you otherwise have permission or a lawful right to process.

User responsibility

You are responsible for confirming that your use of a file and any resulting conversion, edit, extraction or derivative output respects applicable copyrights, licenses and other rights.

No DRM bypass

VideoHop is not intended to bypass digital rights management, access controls or other technical protections, and it should not be used to facilitate unauthorized copying.

Temporary processing

The current service processes user-uploaded media as temporary conversion or editing jobs. It does not provide a public gallery or public hosting page for uploaded media in this release.

Examples of appropriate use

Appropriate uses can include your own recordings, authorized client media, public-domain works, properly licensed assets, or material for which the rights holder has granted the permissions needed for your intended use.
