Terms of Use

Last updated: August 23, 2026

Authorized use

Use VideoHop only for media that you own, have permission to process, that is in the public domain, or that you otherwise have a lawful right to use. You are responsible for the files you submit and for how you use the resulting files.

Keep important originals

Video processing can change quality, metadata, codecs, timing, resolution or other characteristics. Keep an original copy of important media and check the downloaded result before deleting or replacing your source file.

Service availability

VideoHop is provided as an online media-processing service. Supported formats, codecs, limits, server capacity and software behavior may change. A particular file or conversion may fail because of its format, contents, size, codec combination or current service capacity.

Temporary files

Uploaded files and generated results are temporary and are not intended to be permanent storage. Download any result you want to keep before it expires from the server.

Acceptable use

Do not use VideoHop to violate copyrights, privacy rights, applicable laws, service security, or the rights of other people. Do not attempt to interfere with the service, bypass technical restrictions, or use automated activity that creates unreasonable load.

Changes to the service

VideoHop may change, limit, suspend or remove tools or features as the service evolves. Continued use of the service after updated terms are published means you are using the service under the then-current version of these terms.
